Amlan is a Chartered Accountant and holds the following degrees: MS, Economics from Clark University and BA, Economics (Honors) from University of Delhi. Amlan began his professional career with Arthur Andersen in the assurance practice as part of the initial team that established the Risk Consulting practice of Andersen in India. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Netwala Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. which provided the first web based CRM Program in India. In this role, he oversaw various deliverables and managed upwards of 200 employees. Throughout his many years of experience, he has spent in excess of ten years in the areas of process consulting, risk management, and governance covering a cross section of industries, such as ITES, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and aviation. Apart from leading client engagement teams in Europe, Africa and the Asia Pacific regions, he has played a quality review role on global Andersen mandates. Amlan has had the privilege to instruct as well as participate in various programs at the global training facilities of Arthur Andersen including Veldhoven, Netherlands.
Anil holds both a Graduate and Post Graduate Degree in Commerce & Accounts from Delhi University New Delhi, India. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) from ICAI, New Delhi. He also possesses a specialized degree in the field of Valuation of Business & Corporate from ICAI, New Delhi. He brings with him over twelve years of accounting experience with seven years of direct experience in private equity and hedge fund administration. Prior to joining MB Fund Administration, he was the President of a well-known CA/CPA firm, located in New Delhi. At MB Fund Administration, Anil is responsible for the Service Delivery department, meeting client deliverables, and ensuring that the highest level of standards are met by the Teams.
Dhiraj has 22 years of consulting and operational experience in IT Infrastructure, Telecom, and Facility Management domains with oragnisations such as IBM and Times Group. He is BE in Electronics from Bangalore University with MCP, MCSE, ITILv3, and Project Management certifications and IBM accreditations. He is adept at managing and leading teams for running successful process operations & has experience of developing and continually improving procedures and service standards for business excellence. At MB Fund Administration, Dhiraj is responsible for all back-end operations of the Company including HR, Administration, IT/ Telecom Services and Facility Management Services. He is also responsible for developing various policies, procedures and processes, as well as governance of the same.
Kudzai is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds a B Compt. (Honors) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelors of Accounting from the University of Namibia. He brings with him over fifteen years of accounting experience with seven years of direct experience in private equity fund accounting. Prior to joining MB Fund Administration, he was a Senior Investment Accountant and Portfolio Reporting Analyst at Bessemer Venture Partners. He started his career at Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants and held managerial positions in public companies in Harare, Zimbabwe before relocating to the United States. Kudzai is responsible for the day to day Clients’ interactions and Team Lead to get Clients’ reporting, requests, and requirements processed within the stipulated time-frame by the Service Delivery Team.
Sylvie holds a BS in Finance from Northeastern University and a graduate certificate from Tufts University and is fluent in French. She brings with her over twenty years of experience working in the alternative investment industry. Prior to joining MB Fund Administration, she was responsible for operations, reconciliations, and client reporting at tPlus Technology. Before that she managed the short-term investments and liquidities for Mortgage Backed Securities Funds at Caspian Capital Management. She started her career at Natixis Asset Management (formerly CDC Investment Management Corp.) where she was an analyst and a fund accountant (and eventually led the fund accountant group). Sylvie is responsible for ad hoc projects, day to day interactions with all teams, and Client relationship management.
